Turn on Data Roaming
Fixes most casesYour eSIM runs on local partner networks abroad, so without roaming it won't connect at all — even though you're using your own Airvoy data with no extra fees. iPhone: Settings › Cellular › Airvoy › Data Roaming. Android: Settings › Connections › Mobile Networks › Data Roaming.
Set Airvoy as your data line
Turn the Airvoy line on and select it for mobile data. Keep your home SIM as the default line so calls and texts still reach you.
Make sure you're not at 0 MB
Open the Manage tab to check your balance. If you're empty, watch a few ads or top up — you're back online the moment it lands.
Force a fresh network scan
Flip Airplane Mode on and off, or restart your phone, then give it up to a minute to latch onto a local network.
